1. Your membership plan is activated per vehicle enrolled. The membership plan allows for one wash per day for the vehicle enrolled.

2. This Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force unless cancelled by giving 7 days’ notice before billing date at VIP Express Car Wash in Wood Dale, Illinois.

3. Your card will be recharged on the monthly anniversary of your activation date.

4. Cancellation prior to the monthly anniversary recharge date does not automatically prorate or refund the monthly plan fee.

5. Regardless of cancellation date all wash plans will remain active until the next monthly anniversary.

6. Transfer or removal of the Monthly Plan Sticker will result in automatic termination of the wash plan.

7. VIP Express Car Wash and Detail reserves the right to cancel this plan at any time.

8. The plan will terminate if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card processing system.

9. In the event of a rate increase all plan members will receive a minimum of 30 days advance notice.

10. Weather, major holidays, maintenance, or equipment failure may affect the availability of wash services without refund or credit.
